Set Up an Android Tablet

FullCount software is compatible with certain models of Android tablets. When new tablets are purchased and licensed, the customer will need to install two apps onto each device: the FullCount Terminal App to access the community's touchscreen and the TeamViewer App to allow FullCount support personnel to access and troubleshoot any potential problems. This article covers the following topics:

Download the FullCount App

To download the FullCountApp from the Google Play Store, follow the steps below:

  1. Find and open the Play Store on the Android device.

  1. Search "FullCount" in the search bar.

  2. Select the free FullCount POS - Senior Living app.

  1. Click the Install button on the app's home page.

  2. Open the app.

If the tablet is set up to automatically login, the Touchscreen will load. If not set up to automatically login, enter a username and password, then hit Login. To set up a tablet to automatically login, contact FullCount Support at (800) 289-9636 or by email at Support@FullCount.net.

Download the TeamViewer App

To download the TeamViewer App from the Play Store, follow the steps below:

  1. Find and open the Play Store on the Android device. (See image above)

  2. Search "TeamViewer QuickSupport" and find the TeamViewer QuickSupport app.

  3. Click the Install button beside the app.

  1. When you first open up the TeamViewer App, you will be prompted to download the free add-on for your device. Click the Download button.

You will not need to do anything with this app now. If at any time FullCount Support needs to troubleshoot an issue in the app, they may ask for a QuickSupport ID. This number will be found on the main page within the TeamViewer app as seen below.
