Register an Email for FullCount Engage

Register an Email for FullCount Engage

Upon first logging in to FullCount Engage, register an email address following the steps below:

  1. Enter the following email information:
  • Email Address – Enter a valid, personal email address.
  • Confirm Email – Re-type the email address exactly as it was entered above.
  1. Click Update Email Address.
     
  2. On the following Check Email window, click Ok.
     

  1. Check your personal email for a confirmation message like the one below. Click the Confirm Email Registration link.

*NOTE: If you do not receive an email, check your spam/junk folder.



 

  1. Click the Confirm Email Registration button on the FullCount Engage page.
     
  2. On the registration completion page, click Go to Login to be redirected to the FullCount Engage login page.
     

Your email address has successfully registered with FullCount Engage. If you are experiencing issues with this process, please contact your community for assistance.

 

Manage an Email Address within FullCount Engage

Your email address can be managed from the My Info tab within FullCount Engage. See the sections below to add, update, or remove the email registered to your account.
 

Add an Email Address

To register an email address from the My Info tab, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the My Info tab in FullCount Engage.
     
  2. Click the Change Email button.

*NOTE: This button will only appear if you do not have a registered email.
 

  1. Follow steps 1-5 in the section Register an Email Address above.

Your email address has successfully registered with FullCount Engage. If you are experiencing issues with this process, please contact your community for assistance.
 

Update an Email Address

To update or change the email address registered with your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the My Info tab in FullCount Engage.
     
  2. Click the Change Email Address button.

*NOTE: This button will only appear if you already have a registered email.
 

  1. Follow steps 1-4 in the section Register an Email Address above.

Your email address has successfully updated within FullCount Engage. If you are experiencing issues with this process, please contact your community for assistance.
 

Remove an Email

To remove the email address registered with your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the My Info tab in FullCount Engage.
     
  2. Click the Change Email Address button. (See image above.)

*NOTE: This button will only appear if you already have a registered email.

  1. Check the Remove Email Address box.
     
  2. Click the Save button.
     
  3. You will see a green banner that says The email address connected to the account has been removed.
     

Your email address has successfully been removed from your FullCount Engage account. If you are experiencing issues with this process, please contact your community for assistance.
