Resetting Your FullCount Engage Password


To reset your password while already logged into FullCount Engage, follow the steps below:

*NOTE: Be sure to register an email address with your account if you haven’t done so.

  1. In FullCount Engage, select the My Info tab.
     
  2. Click the Change Password button.

  3. Fill in the following information fields:
  • Current Password: Enter the password currently assigned to your account.
  • New Password: Enter the new password you wish to use moving forward.
  • Confirm Password: Retype your new password exactly as you entered it above.

*NOTE: Passwords must be 6 and 20 characters long and contain at least one number.

  1. Click Save to finished updating your password.

A confirmation in green text will inform you that the password change has been successful. If you are experiencing issues with this process, please contact your community for assistance.

 

Reset Password from the Login Page

 To reset a forgotten password from the FullCount Engage login page, follow the steps below:

  1. On the FullCount Engage login page, click the Forgot Password link.


 

  1. Enter the email registered with your account, then click Send Email.

*NOTE: If an email address is not registered with your account, please contact your community for further assistance.

  1. Check your email for a message like the one below. Click the reset your password link.


  2. On the Password Recovery page, enter a New Password. Retype it in the Confirm Password field exactly as it was entered above.
     
  3. Click Reset Password.

*NOTE: A message will pop up to let you know the password reset was successful and that you may close the window.
 

  1. Close the window and go back to the FullCount Engage login page.

Your password is now reset. Login with your username and new password. If you are experiencing issues with this process, please contact your community for assistance.

 

Retrieve Username from the Login Page

To retrieve a forgotten username from the FullCount Engage login page, follow the steps below:

  1. On the FullCount Engage login page, click the Forgot Username link.

  2. Enter the email registered with your account, then click Send Email.

*NOTE: If an email address is not registered with your account, please contact your community for further assistance.

  1. Check your email for a message like the one below and note your username.
