My Favorites Menu

If favorite orders are enabled, a new menu called "My Favorites" will appear for a user. Users can use this menu to add items directly to their cart, modify existing favorite orders/items, or delete favorite orders.

Creating a New Favorite Bundle

There are two ways to create a favorite order bundle. The first is by adding all times in the cart to a favorite order. To do this create an order in normal fashion, once in the cart summary, a "Favorites" heart icon will appear next to the price:

When you click on the favorite icon, a dialog will open asking you to either add the times in your cart to an existing favorite order or to create a new one. If creating a new favorite order you will then be prompted to name that favorite order.

The second option to create a favorite is to add individual items to a new or existing favorite order bundle. Upon selecting a menu item, the favorite (heart) icon will appear next to the Add button. Before saving the item, choose any options and modifiers you want to include. When you save this item as a favorite, all selected choices, modifiers, and quantity will also be saved.

Editing an Existing Favorite Order

To edit an existing favorite order, navigate to the "My Favorites" menu and select the favorite order you would like to modify. Select the pencil icon next to the item you would like to modify. This will allow you to update the selected choices, modifiers, and quantity of this item.

Item Availability

If a favorite order has an item that is no longer available to be ordered, that item will be grayed out from the selection, but the remaining items can still be added to the order.

If an item on your favorite order is available but one of its saved choices is not, the user will see a warning icon next to the favorite order item. A customer can still add the item to their cart by selecting it and clicking “Add” after they’ve made the required choice list selections.

If all items on a favorite order are currently unavailable, the favorite will be moved to a separate “Unavailable Order section. To view these orders select the 'Show Unavailable Favorite Orders' checkbox in the 'My Favorites' menu. Note: This checkbox will only appear if at least one favorite order bundle is entirely unavailable.
