Create a Scheduled Report

FullCount users may upgrade an existing favorite report to automatically run on a determined schedule. These Scheduled Reports are emailed to the community and saved under the Stored Reports tab in the Back Office. To create a scheduled report, follow the steps below:

*NOTE: All FullCount contracts include one free scheduled report. To purchase additional scheduled reports, contact Sales@FullCount.net.

  1. Select the Reports button.

  2. Choose the Scheduled Reports tab.

  3. Click New Report Schedule.

*NOTE: Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

  1. Enter the following report information parameters:
  • Report Schedule Name* – Enter a description for the new scheduled report.
  • Start Date* – Choose the date when the new report should first run automatically.
  • End Date – Optionally, select a date when the report should no longer generate.
  1. Select a Repeat Frequency* from the drop-down options – Monthly, Biweekly, Weekly, or Daily.

  2. Select a Repeat Value* from the drop-down menu. Values will differ based on the frequency selected above.

*NOTE: Monthly values only include days 1-28 to avoid issues involving varying month lengths.

  1. Under the Reports header, click Add.

  2. Select a Favorite Report* from the drop-down menu.

*NOTE: All favorite reports will appear, but only those created by or shared with the current user can be selected. Grayed-out reports cannot be selected by this user.

  1. Click the Edit icon left of the report to change or update the favorite report settings.

*NOTE: Repeat steps 7-9 to run additional favorite reports on the same schedule.

  1. Under the Recipients header, click Add.

  2. Search by Last Name for the FullCount user who may receive the scheduled report.

  3. Select a Delivery Method* for each recipient:
  • Email with Link – The user will receive an email on the scheduled date with a link to download the report. If a user does not have an email address registered to their FullCount account, they cannot receive this link.
  • Stored Report Only – The report will generate on the scheduled date but must be retrieved from the Stored Reports tab in the Back Office.

*NOTE: Repeat steps 9-12 to add any additional recipients.

  1. The scheduled report email includes an option to Unsubscribe from future emails. Users who have unsubscribed will be noted under the scheduled report settings.

  1. Click Save and Close.

The scheduled report is created and will generate beginning on the selected start date. Return to the Schedule Reports tab to see the next generation date for this and all other scheduled reports.
