Favorite Reports automatically populate selected parameters, leaving others to be changed each time the report is run. After creating a favorite report, the selected parameters can be updated, or the entire report can be deleted.
To edit the settings of a favorite report, follow the steps below:
*NOTE: Favorite reports can only be edited by the user who created it.
- Select the Reports button.
- Select the Favorite Reports tab.
- Search for and click the Details icon to the left of the desired report.

- If necessary, update the Favorite Report Name to better identify this report.
- Select or deselect the Share with Community box to change which users are able to run this report.
- Select the check box(es) to the left of any parameter that should not be saved. A user will need to manually fill in these parameters when running this report in the future.
- Fill in any non-checked parameters that should be saved. These set
parameters will automatically populate when this report is later run.
- If the Date fields are un-checked and should be saved, click the Tool
icon to choose a relative day of the week, month, or year. This
relative day will automatically adjust the Begin or End Date based on
the day you run the report.
*NOTE: Click the Calendar tool to return to the default, single-day selector.

- Click Save and Close.
The favorite report has been updated. When running this report, only the checked parameters will need to be entered.
To delete a favorite report, follow the steps below:
*NOTE: Favorite reports can only be deleted by the user who created it or by the FullCount Support.
- Select the Reports button.
- Select the Favorite Reports tab.
- Search for and click the Delete box to the right of the desired report.

- Click Save.
The favorite report is now deleted. Users will not be able to run this report.
