Closed Order Actions Button

The Closed Order Actions button on the Touchscreen allows users to print a receipt for a closed order, re-open a recently closed order, or Void items from recently closed orders.

Closed Order Receipt

Closed Order Receipt – To reprint receipts of orders that have already been closed.

  1. Click on Closed Order Actions button at the bottom of the screen

  2. Select the Closed Order Receipt button

  3. Select Search by Order Number or Recently Closed Orders as your Search Option
    1. *Reminder: Only orders closed within the first 4 hours will be available through the touchscreen application

  4. Once closed order is selected click on the PRINT button

Reopen Order

Reopen Order – to reopen and order that has been closed out. This can be done only on orders closed to customer account.

  1. Click on Closed Order Actions button at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select the Reopen Order button

  3. Select to search by other either order number or by recently closed order

  4. Select order to reopen the order
    1. *Note: Once Orders are Re-Opened they will be removed from the residents account and will need re-closed


Void Order

Void Order – to void out an order that has been closed to Cash, Credit, Check or Gift Cards

  1. Click on Closed Order Actions button at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select the Void Order button

  3. Select to search by other either order number or by recently closed order

  4. Select order to void

  5. Click ‘Ok’ to void order

Apply Tip

Apply TipTips are applied from the Touchscreen after a transaction has been closed On Account or to a FullCount Gift Card. Please see the article Apply a Tip to a Transaction for more information.
