If the feature is enabled for your community, Tips can be applied
to a transaction from the Touchscreen. The Tip Report can also be
printed from a terminal to track tips and the users who entered them.

Tips are applied from the Touchscreen after a transaction has been closed On Account or to a FullCount Gift Card. To apply a tip from the Touchscreen, follow the steps below:
*NOTE: Transactions closed to Internal Credit (AxiaMed) may need to apply a tip from the Touchscreen if EMV is disabled for the card readers.
- Press the Closed Order Actions button.
- Choose Apply Tip.

- Select the desired closed transaction from the list of options.
- Enter the tipped amount using the number pad, then click Ok.

- On the confirmation window, click OK.
The tip has now been applied to the customer’s account or deducted from the gift card’s remaining balance. Click Exit to return to the main Touchscreen.
To remove a tip on a transaction from the Touchscreen, follow the steps below:
- Press the Closed Order Actions button.
- Choose Apply Tip.

- Select the desired closed transaction from the list of options.

- On the Remove Tip window, click Yes.
- On the confirmation window, click OK.
The tip has been removed from the closed transaction. To re-apply a tip, follow the steps of the Apply a Tip section above.
The Tip Report shows the tip amounts that have been entered by each
user for the current Touchscreen session. To run a Tip Report, follow
the steps below:
- Select the Admin button.
- Choose the Tip Report.

The report will print from the built-in receipt printer for a terminal or from the assigned receipt printer for a tablet.
