Change Prices from the Touchscreen
Item prices can be updated from the FullCount Touchscreen if the
user has been given Administrative access. To change an item’s price
from the Touchscreen, follow the steps below:
*NOTE: Points cannot be changed from the Touchscreen. This must be done from the Back Office.
- Click the Admin button on the main screen.
- Choose Update Existing Item.

- Select Price.
- Enter the name of the item using the virtual keyboard, then click Search.
*NOTE: The search returns will only show items that begin with the exact characters entered. A search of Cheese will not return Grilled Cheese.
- Select the desired item from the list of search returns.

- Press a price field to select a customer type.
- Enter the price for the customer type using the number pad.
- If the prices are the same for all customer types, press the Same Price for All Cust Types button. Otherwise, repeat steps 6-7 for the remaining rows.
*NOTE: A value is required for each price field. Enter a 0 where no price is needed. Pressing Same Price for All Cust with no entered prices will set all price fields to 0.

- Click Done.
The item prices have now been updated. Employees will see changes
when the item is next added to an order, but items already on an order
will need to be deleted and reselected.
