Print a Touchscreen Report

While most reports are run in the FullCount Back Office, four reports can be printed from the Touchscreen: a Sales Report, a Customer Count, and two Employee Reports. Each report is detailed below.

Locate the Touchscreen Reports

Follow the steps below to locate the reports on the FullCount Touchscreen:

  1. Select the Admin button on the Touchscreen navigation bar.

  2. Choose a report from the left-most column.

See the sections below for descriptions of each report.

Sales Report

The Sales Report provides a sales summary for the department’s current session. The summary is broken down by Payment Type with a Grand Total at the bottom.

Customer Count

The Customer Count displays the number of customers served during the current session. The counts are separated into half-hour Time increments with a Total at the bottom.

Employee Report For All

The Employee Report For All gives a Summary by Employee of the department’s sales for the current session. The sales are broken down by Payment Type, followed by an Employee Total. A Check Count shows the number of checks the employee has closed this session. A count of any remaining Open Orders for this employee may also appear.

The bottom of the report provides a Summary by Payment Type, breaking down the combined sales for all employees with a Grand Total for the department’s current session below.

Employee Report For User
