Gift Cards are a flexible payment option for customers and communities. A Touchscreen user with access to the Administration
screen may look up the balance of a FullCount gift card at any time.
The physical card does not need to be on hand if it has been assigned to a customer or the gift card ID is known.
*NOTE: The gift card module is
an optional, paid feature requiring an additional FullCount license. To

Regardless of the method used, balances are found using the Gift Card Balance button on the Touchscreen. To look up a gift card balance, follow the steps below:

Repeat the steps above for any additional gift cards. If the gift card has any remaining funds, it can be used by customers to closed a transaction.
