Find an Epson Service Provider
If your community’s receipt or kitchen printer is no longer under
warranty, a local authorized Epson Service Provider may help repair a
faulty printer with a serviceable problem. This article may pertains to
the follwing Epson printer models:
To find a local Epson Service Provider, follow the steps below:
*NOTE: The printer must be serviceable.
- Open a web browser and go to https://epson.com/Support/ServiceCenterLocator.
- Enter the printer’s model number (see above) in the Product Name field.
- Find the correct model in the drop-down options, and click Service Locator below the model name.

- Type in the city, town, or zip code for your community then click Search.
A list of the nearest authorized Epson Service Providers with their contact information will appear for the entered location.
