After connecting to the printer, follow the steps below to assign a new IP address:
- Open a web browser.
*NOTE: Close all previous browser sessions that were opened before the new network changes had been committed.

- Password – this is the serial number of the printer, found on a sticker on the side of the printer (Note: This is case sensitive)
*NOTE: If the above credentials do not work, enter epson as the password. The username will be the same.

- Under the Configuration header, click TCP/IP in the left sidebar.
*NOTE: Make sure not to select TCP/IP under the Information header.
- Enter the following settings to set a static IP address for the printer:

- Default Gateway – [Enter the default gateway provided by your community]
- Set Using Automatic Private IP Addressing – Disable
- Set IP Address Using ARP + PING – Disable
*NOTE: If all FullCount
devices are on the same network, a printer may work even if a gateway is
not specified. But best practice is to always input the gateway value.

- Press the Send button.
- Press the Reset button to refresh the printer. After a few seconds, the printer will reset with the new network settings.
*NOTE: The Epson webpage may time-out as the printer is refreshing. This is not an error.

- After the printer refreshes, print another Dynamic Status Sheet to confirm the changes. If the settings have not changed, restart the printer and check the status sheet again.
The printer has now been configured with the correct network
settings. Be sure to reset the network settings on the computer or
laptop. If this is a kitchen printer, it must be Added or Updated in the Back Office. To assign a receipt printer to a tablet, contact FullCount Support at (800) 289-9636 or Support@FullCount.net.
