Change Printer Paper

This article details the step-by-step process for changing printer paper on the following devices:

–  StealthTouch/S-Line Terminal
–  Cyprus/S-Line II Terminal
–  TM-U220B Model Requisition Printer
–  TM-T88V Model Receipt Printer

*NOTE: These devices use different types of paper. For a list of the recommended paper rolls for each of these printers, see the article Printer Supplies Information.
 

  1. Pull the printer access switch to open the printer cover.
     
  2. Remove the empty paper roll.
     


 

  1. Keeping the new paper roll tight, unravel 4-6 inches of paper.
     
  2. Insert the new roll with the paper feeding under the roll.
     


 

  1. Holding the unraveled paper outside the printer, close the printer cover. The red paper light on the printer should turn off.
     
  2. Press the feed button to ensure the printer sensors recognize the new roll.

*NOTE: If the feed button does not feed paper and the printer light does not turn off, re-adjust the paper roll by repeating steps 1-6.
 


 

  1. Gently tear off the extra paper.

The printer is now ready for receipts or requisitions.
