Uploading Images to Items
Images can be added to items in FullCount for use in online ordering and self services applications. Valid file types are .gif, .jpg, .png and must 2MB or smaller. To add images to items follow the instructions below:
Log in to FullCount Back Office using your credentials.
- From Back Office Home, click the Admin Center Button.
- Select the Item Management Tab, or check to be
sure that the Item Management Tab is selected. When the Item Management
tab is selected it will have a blue background with white text.
- Select the Items sub-menu. This is a small blue
button beneath the tab set. When the Items sub menu is selected, it
will have a blue background with white text.

A list of items including their properties appears on the screen.
Properties included are:
- Details
- Item Code
- Description
- Tax Rate
- Item Type
- Printer Group
- Has Image?
- Info
- Delete

- The Has Image? column shows a green check in a circle to note that this Item already has an image in the Back Office.
- The Details column contains a Search Icon within a small blue button.

Click this icon to reveal the Edit Item Dialog -- an editable view of the extended details of the item.
- The image settings for a given item are positioned on this screen just above the Other Settings header.
- You have the option to Link Image from Existing Item.
- If the item does not already have an image associated with it, you have the option to Upload Image.
- If the item already has an existing image associated
with it, a small rendering of the image is shown here. You have the
option to Remove Image. Once the image is removed, you will see an Upload Image option (see 8 above).


- Changes will take effect only after you click one of the three Save options at the bottom of the Edit Item Dialog.
Save Options: (Save and Close, Save and Copy, Save)
