Uploading Images to Departments
Images can be added to Departments in FullCount for use in online ordering and self services applications. Valid file types are .gif, .jpg, .png and must 2MB or smaller. To add images to a department follow the instructions below:
Log in to FullCount Back Office using your credentials.
- From Back Office Home, click the Admin Center Button.
- Select the Departments Tab, or check to be sure that the Departments tab is selected. When the Departments tab is selected it will have a blue background with white text.

A list of departments including their properties appears on the screen.
Properties included are:
- Details
- Menus
- Code
- Department Name
- POS Mode
- Requisition Mode
- Sort Order
- Operator Timeout
- Terminal Timeout
- Has Image?
- Info
- Delete
- The Has Image? column shows a green check in a circle to note that this the menu listed on that row already has an image in the Back Office.
- The Details column contains a Search Icon – a magnifying glass within a small blue button. Click this icon to reveal the Edit Department Dialog -- an editable view of the extended details of the department.

- The image settings for a given department are positioned on this screen just above the Other Settings header.
- You have the option to Link Image from Existing Department.
- If the department does not already have an image associated with it, you have the option to Upload Image.

If the department already has an existing image associated with it,
a small rendering of the image is shown here. You have the option to Remove Image. Once the image is removed, you will see an Upload Image option (see 8 above).
- Changes will take effect only after you click one of the three "Save" options at the bottom of the Edit Department Dialog.
