Uploading Customer Photos
Images
can be added to customer profiles for better identification of
customers to avoid incorrectly billing the wrong customers. The only valid file types are .gif, .jpg, .png and must be 100KB or smaller. To add photos to a customers profile follow the instructions below:
Log in to FullCount Back Office using your credentials.
- From Back Office Home, click the Admin Center Button.
- Select the Customers Tab, or check to be sure that the Customers tab is selected. When the Customers tab is selected it will have a blue background with white text.
- Select the Customer Information button.
When the Customer Information button is selected, it will have a blue background with white text.

A list of items including their properties appears on the screen.
Properties included are:
- Details
- Apartment
- Customer ID
- Last Name
- First Name
- Charge Account Billing ID
- Effective Start Date
- Effective End Date
- Has Image?
- Info
- Delete
- The Photo? column shows a green check
in a circle to note that this the resident listed on that row already
has an image associated with them in the Back Office.
- The Details column contains a Search Icon – a magnifying glass within a small blue button.
Click this icon to reveal the Edit Customer Dialog -- an editable view of the extended details of the customer.

- Click the Choose Photo button to upload a photo for this resident.

- If the resident already has an existing photo uploaded to the Back Office, the photo is shown here. You have the option to Remove Photo. Once the image is removed, you will see the Choose Photo button (see 6 above).
- Changes will take effect only after you click one of the "Save" options at the bottom of the Edit Department Dialog.
Save Options: (Save and Close, Save and Create New, Save)
