Enable a Menu for Online Ordering


Communities can customize which menus are available to residents when placing an online order through FullCount Engage. The selected menus must be created, added to the department, and finally, enabled for online ordering. To enable a menu for online ordering, follow the steps below:
*NOTE: FullCount Engage and Online Ordering are optional, paid features that require additional FullCount licenses. To learn more about FullCount Engage and Online Ordering, please contact FullCount Support at (800) 289-9636 or email us at Support@FullCount.net.
 
  1. Select the Admin Center button.
     
  2. Select the Departments tab.
     
  3. Find the desired department and click the Menus button to its left.
     

 
  1. Find the desired menu and choose one of the following options under the Online Ordering Enabled column.
  • Choose Yes (Touchscreen and Online) if this menu should appear in this department on both the Touchscreen and FullCount Engage.
  • Choose Yes (Online Only) if this menu should appear in this department on FullCount Engage but not the Touchscreen.
  • Choose No if this menu should not appear on FullCount Engage but will appear on the Touchscreen.
*NOTE: Repeat step 4 for any additional online menus.
 

 
  1. Click Save and Close.
The menu(s) is now available to order from through FullCount Engage. However, the items on this menu may need to be enabled for online ordering as well.
