Add Menu Text to an Online Item
By default, an item enabled for online ordering
will only display its name to users placing an order through FullCount Engage. Additional text can be added from the Back Office to
clarify or explain the item. To add menu text to an online item, follow
the instructions below:
*NOTE: FullCount Engage and
Online Ordering are optional, paid features that require additional
FullCount licenses. To learn more about FullCount Engage and Online
Ordering, please contact FullCount Support at 800-289-9636 or email us
at Support@FullCount.net.
- Select the Admin Center button.
- Select the Item Management tab.
- If not selected by default, choose the Items subtab.
- Search for the desired item and click the Details button to its left.

- Click Printed Menu/Online Ordering Settings to expand the item options.
- Enter the item information in the Menu Text field.

- Click Save and Close.
*NOTE: Repeat steps 4-7 for any other online order menu items.
The added text will now appear below the item name when a user selects it while placing an online order through FullCount Engage.
