If a transaction at your community needs to be discounted, a
FullCount user can discount an item or an entire seat order from the
Touchscreen application. This function may only be accessible to certain
users at your community such as managers or administrators.
*NOTE: Items can only be
discounted after they have been added to an order. Orders can only be
discounted after all items have been added. Finish adding all items to
the transaction before beginning this process.
To discount an item(s), follow the steps below:
*NOTE: A discount to the seat order will override any individual item discounts. To apply both an item and order discount, discount the order by seat, then apply additional discounts to any items.
The Comp %, Discount Amount, and Total price should now reflect the entered percentage.
When an entire seat order needs to be discounted, follow the steps below:
The Comp %, Discount Amount, and Total price should now reflect the entered percentage.
*NOTE: If the discount needs to be applied for all customers, repeat steps 2-5 for the remaining seats.
