Change a Plan Allowance

Change a Plan Allowance

If the amount of dollars/points/credits changes for a plan, it may be simpler to change the plan’s allowance instead of creating a new plan. To change a plan allowance, follow the instructions below:

*NOTE: While plan allowances can be changed by a community, carryover amounts cannot. Contact FullCount Support at (800) 289-9636 or Support@FullCount.net to adjust carryover on a plan.

  1. Select the Community button.
     
  2. Select the Plan tab.
     
  3. Find and click the Details button left of the desired Plan.
     


 

  1. Under the Plan Values section, click Add.
     
  2. Enter an Effective Start Date when the new allowance should take effect. The start day for the new allowance must match the Start Date Of Month for the entire plan.

*NOTE: If the new allowance is backdated to the start of the current billing cycle, the plan will immediately adjust all current-cycle transactions accordingly.

  1. Enter the new allowance Value.
     


 

  1. Click Save and Close.

The plan's new allowance is now set. This allowance will take effect for all residents with this plan on the effective start date.
