Create a Recurring Transactions
Recurring Transactions can be used to set up ancillary charges such
as a daily, weekly, or monthly subscriptions, membership fees, or
parking fees the community may offer to charge the residents accounts
automatically.
Recurring Transaction Type
- Select the Community page
- Select Recurring Transactions Tab
- Choose the Recurring Transactions Type Sub Tab
- Click +New Recurring Transaction Type
- Fill Out the information accordingly
- Note *Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Name* your Recurring Transaction Type.
- Description - optional
- Repeat Effective Period Rule*: Please select if you want this transaction to cycle by days, weeks, or months.
- Repeat effective Value*: will correspond with whatever Repeat Rule you selected. (Example: if you choose Repeat Rule every N Day and your value is 1 the transaction will occur every day).
- Search the Item* you want to charge.
- Set the following parameters
- Customer Type*
- Department*
- Username*
5. Click Save & Close.
Create a Recurring Transactions
- Select the Recurring Transactions Sub Tab
- Select +New Recurring Transaction
- Fill out the Following information:
- Select a Recurring Transaction Type*
- Choose the Customer* you want to be charged
- Select an Effective Start* and End Date
- *Note: You do not need to have an Effective End Date when you create
your Recurring Transaction. You can put an end date if you know when the
recurring transaction will end. You can also go back in on a later
date and create an effective end date.

- Save and Close
